Dear Mr. Elgin,
My husband and I contacted your company in June in regards to resolving a moisture problem we had in our kitchen eat-in area. Two Personal Touch Service representatives (Rodney and Jim) came to our home to investigate the issue. Both Rodney and Jim were very courteous and professional, being very patient in answering any questions I had. Because of their professionalism and very reasonable price quote, we hired your company to correct the moisture problem.
Prior to speaking with your representatives, we had hired another contractor to remove old countertops, disconnect the kitchen plumbing, then reconnect plumbing after new quartz countertops were installed, and build a bar support for the new countertop. To make a long story short, the first contractor ended up doing very shoddy work, which resulted in our terminating of his services. Since then, Rodney was very helpful and assisted us by having your company correct the work done by the first contractor.
I must say I am extremely impressed with the superior customer service I've received from your staff members (Rodney, Jim, Jenn, and Marshall). I have worked for companies which carry high customer service focus; however rarely has that been achieved. I must say in speaking with Rodney, he not only provides exemplary service with a personable and friendly smile; but takes it one step further and does the most important step of 'follow through.'
In speaking with Jenn, she has been very friendly and whenever I've had a question, she's always gotten back to me very quickly with an answer. Your on site technician, Marshall, is another example of 'supreme customer service.' The couple times he worked on our home, he ensured our needs were met with profesesionalism and accuracy; and always made sure the work areas were clean and tide.
During our kitchen renovations, in having our ceramic tile installed by another contractor, a problem was noted in the location of the electrical boxes on the bar top area, which may have resulted in stopping the ceramic tile installation for that day. The first contractor, who was eventually terminated, had installed the electrical boxes so low that the ceramic tile could not be installed around them! I contaced Jenn, explained the situation and asked if it was possible to have an electriction come out that same day and correct the box location. Within minutes, Jenn called me back saying that an electrician was on his way. The electrician was at my home within an hour and expeditiously corrected the problem so that our ceramic tile installer could proceed with the job.
While many companies claim to deliver the 'best customer service,' rarely do they actually deliver. Your teamis an exception to that statement, and I can truly say they provide first rate customer service. My husband and I will definitely spread the word to all our friends and neighbors of the exemplary custome service and professionalism your company provides.
