We are a Class A Contractor with IICRC certified staff in numerous specialties, including fire, water, and mold. Additionally, we have a certified Thermographer on staff. Should a catastrophe arise and your property sustains damage, our staff is fully equipped to handle the remediation. Our Class A Contractor License ensures your property is restored to pre-loss condition using proper building practices and use of Building Envelope systems.

Rhett Russell Owner & Business Manager

Rhett Russell is a business leader possessing extensive program management experience in developing, training, and aligning a skilled workforce with the best tools found today in the disaster recovery industry. He specializes in home and commercial property restoration from fire or water damage, remediation of mold, and build out trade crafts that are necessary in returning a residential or commercial property to better than before condition. He leads an exceptionally qualified team of professionals and manages the day-to-day operations of Personal Touch.

Rhett, a U.S. Army veteran, resides in Chesapeake with his wife and two children.

Rodney Rodgers General Manager

Rodney, a Hampton Roads native, has been in the home repair and remodeling industry since 1975 and has been with PTS since 2003. Rodney serves as General Manager at Personal Touch. His job entails oversight of project scheduling, customer relations, and project quality control and assurance. Rodney oversees every job Personal Touch Services conducts and most enjoys ensuring every customer is satisfied at every step of restoration or renovation work on their home or business.

Marshall Cole Project Manager

Marshall joined the Personal Touch Services team in February 2004. He has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years and is originally from West Virginia. As Project Manager at Personal Touch, Marshall’s responsibilities include estimating jobs as well as assuring quality customer relations. Marshall maintains Lead-Safe certification under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as well as Xactimate certification, giving customers the confidence that they are receiving accurate and precise project estimates.

Jesse Walling Project Supervisor

Jesse joined the Personal Touch Services team in March 2015. He is originally from South Carolina and has been in the construction industry for more than a decade. As a Project Supervisor, Jesse oversees quality assurance and flow of each job on-site. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Jesse says, “The daily challenges we are faced with on a job and the satisfaction we receive by overcoming them.”

Bella Office Dog

Bella joined the Personal Touch team in 2015 as a special consultant and morale booster. She is particularly talented at food pantry placement in kitchen designs. While Bella is a volunteer, she draws a generous salary in dog treats and belly rubs. Her goal in life is to put smiles on the faces of staff and clients.
